Lupin Limited's Board has approved the transfer of its API R&D Division to its wholly owned subsidiary, Lupin Manufacturing Solutions Limited (LMSL), on a slump sale basis, with an expected consideration between ₹ 175 million to ₹ 225 million. Additionally, the Board has modified the OTC Consumer Healthcare Business transfer to include an extra brand, with the new entity, LUPINLIFE Consumer Healthcare Limited (LCHL), already incorporated. The OTC transaction is expected to finalize by June 30, with a consideration between ₹ 8,000 million to ₹ 9,000 million.
