Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. has announced a board meeting focused on changes in key managerial personnel. The board has accepted the retirement of Mr. Narayan Shankar, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective from April 1, 2025, upon reaching the age of superannuation. Ms. Divya Mascarenhas has been appointed as the Interim Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective April 2, 2025. The board expressed gratitude for Mr. Shankar’s nearly 24 years of service, emphasizing his contributions to corporate governance within the Mahindra Group. Ms. Mascarenhas brings over 12 years of experience in corporate secretarial functions.
