Suyog Telematics has executed a Share Purchase Agreement (SPA) to acquire 95% of Lotus Tele Infra Private Limited for a total consideration of ₹13.5 crore. This strategic acquisition allows Suyog to enhance its presence in critical telecom circles in Delhi and NCR, enabling business expansion and operational synergies. The deal was completed on March 31, 2025, with 5% of the equity shares retained by the promoter group. Lotus Tele Infra specializes in passive telecommunications infrastructure, owning 120 sites across the region, which is expected to strengthen Suyog’s market position significantly.
