The completion of the demerger of Sterlite Technologies Limited's Global Service Business marks a significant strategic evolution, transitioning this segment to STL Networks, branded "Invenia." This separation aims to foster specialization and agility within both organizations, allowing STL to concentrate on optical networking and STL Networks to enhance its service capabilities.

STL Networks has been pivotal in expanding India's digital landscape, deploying over 1.35 lakh km of optical fiber across 23 states. The entity's expertise will now focus on delivering critical digital infrastructure solutions, positioning it well in the global market. The recently awarded Bharatnet project, valued at approximately INR 2600 Cr, will be part of STL Networks post-demerger.

Leadership is clearly defined, with Rahul Puri at the helm of STL's Optical Networking Business and Pankaj Malik leading STL Networks. This strategic realignment is expected to drive profitability and enhance operational efficiencies, ultimately providing compelling opportunities for investors as both entities pursue growth independently.
