The Board has taken note of the resignation of Ms. Maitri K. Mehta as an Independent Director effective immediately due to personal reasons. Her contributions were appreciated. Additionally, Mr. Hemantkumar Jayantiprasad Bhatt and Ms. Margie Sunil Parikh have been appointed as Independent Directors for an initial term of five years, subject to shareholder approval.
