SJVN Limited — Important, 01-04-2025: Commencement of commercial production/operations

SJVN Limited's wholly-owned subsidiary, SJVN Green Energy Limited, has successfully completed the trial run of 241.77 MW in Phase-I of the 1,000 MW Bikaner Solar Power Project, with commercial operations set to commence on April 2, 2025. This project aims for full commissioning by September 30, 2025, and will supply solar power to Rajasthan, Jammu & Kashmir, and Uttarakhand. The initiative supports India's goal of achieving 500 GW of non-fossil fuel capacity by 2030 and aligns with SJVN's vision to expand its capacity to 25,000 MW by 2030 and 50,000 MW by 2040. This development could generate a positive outlook among investors due to the strategic alignment with renewable energy targets.
