Ami Organics Limited has fully commissioned its 10.8 MW DC solar power plant in Gujarat, marking a significant step towards sustainability and energy independence. This facility, comprised of two 5.4 MW solar plants, is projected to meet most of the electricity needs for the company's Ankleshwar and Jhagadia units, driving substantial annual cost savings. The successful launch of this solar power plant aligns with Ami Organics' goal to establish a total capacity of 15.80 MW, as previously approved by the Board of Directors. Additionally, the company is developing another 5 MW plant to support its Sachin unit in Surat, further solidifying its commitment to renewable energy and reducing operational costs while aiming for net-zero carbon emissions.
