Ecu Worldwide N.V., a wholly owned subsidiary of Allcargo Logistics, has acquired a 5% stake in Allcargo ULS Terminals Co. Ltd. for KRW 500 million. This acquisition marks a strategic move to establish warehousing operations in Korea, aiming to enhance market presence and operational capability in the region. Allcargo ULS Terminals, incorporated recently, has yet to commence business activities, but this investment positions Allcargo for future growth in the warehousing sector. As of April 5, 2025, Ecu Worldwide will be recognized as a 5% shareholder.
