Power Grid Corporation of India Limited — Board Meeting, 04-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Committee of Directors for Bonds has approved the raising of POWERGRID Bonds - LXXXI (81st Issue) for up to ₹6,000 Cr through private placement. The base issue size is ₹1,500 Cr with a green shoe option of ₹4,500 Cr. These unsecured, non-convertible, redeemable bonds will be redeemable in ten years, with interest payments scheduled annually.
