Endurance Technologies Limited — Important, 04-04-2025: Updates

The Directorate of Industries, Government of Maharashtra, has issued an Eligibility Certificate to Endurance Technologies for its expansion under the Mega Projects scheme. The company is set to receive incentives totaling Rs. 606.03 crore, contingent upon meeting necessary conditions, for investments made in fixed assets at its units in Waluj between April 1, 2019, and August 31, 2024. Endurance intends to utilize these incentives as an Industrial Promotion Subsidy via SGST collection and Electricity Duty exemption from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2031. This translates to an annual incentive potential of up to Rs. 86.58 crore, enhancing the company's financial outlook positively.
