Esconet Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting on the allotment of 1,02,238 equity shares to Mr. Gaurav Gupta, a non-promoter. The shares, issued at ₹410.72 each (including a premium of ₹400.72), were allotted on a preferential basis in exchange for Mr. Gupta's 2,800 equity shares in Fluidech IT Services Private Limited. Following this allotment, the company's issued, subscribed, and paid-up share capital has increased. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares.
