Satin Creditcare Network has provided a key business update for Q4 and FY25, reporting a ~7% YoY growth in Assets under Management (AUM) to approximately ₹11,300 Crore as of March 31, 2025, up from ₹10,593 Crore year-on-year and reflecting ~5% growth quarter-on-quarter. This growth was supported by strong disbursements of around ₹9,800 Crore throughout the fiscal year.
The asset quality showed improvement, with the PAR 1 ratio declining from 6.8% in September 2024 to 6.4% in December 2024, and further down by approximately 100 bps by March 2025, indicating effective risk management and client engagement. The credit cost for FY25 is projected to remain within the guided range of 4.5%-5.0%.
The company expanded its operational footprint by adding 218 branches, reaching a total of 1,454 branches. Collection efficiency also remains strong, with zero days past due collection efficiency at ~99.8% for March 2025. Additionally, ₹7,700 Crore was raised through various funding instruments during the year, reflecting lender confidence.
