The company has entered into a Business Transfer Agreement and plans to finalize a Share Purchase Agreement for these acquisitions. The total consideration for the transactions is set at ₹20 Crores in cash, ₹7 Crores in shares, and ₹14 Crores in earn-outs contingent on achieving specified milestones. These strategic moves aim to enhance Pelatro’s offering and deepen engagements within the telecom sector.
