Shrenik Limited — Board Meeting, 07-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Shrenik Limited has appointed Mrs. Krishna Prakash Patel as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Additionally, Mr. Devarsh Muktesh Shah has resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director, citing prior commitments, which also led to his cessation as a member and chairman of the Audit Committee. Consequently, the board has reconstituted its committees to reflect these changes, including new appointments in the Audit and Nomination & Remuneration Committees.
