Shrenik Limited — Board Meeting, 07-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors of Shrenik Limited has appointed Mrs. Krishna Prakash Patel as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Additionally, Mr. Devarsh Muktesh Shah has resigned from his role as Non-Executive Independent Director due to preoccupations, effective the same day. His resignation also affects his positions on the Nomination & Remuneration Committee and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. Following these changes, the board has reconstituted its committees to reflect the new composition.
