This acquisition secures 100% control over Genrx, which is a WHO-GMP certified manufacturer based in Thane, specializing in allopathic formulations, nutraceuticals, and natural products. The facility in Nashik produces a variety of dosage forms and is poised to bolster Bajaj's manufacturing capabilities. Managing Director Anil Jain emphasized that this strategic move aligns with the company’s vision to strengthen its core operations and leverage synergies for accelerated growth. Completion of the acquisition is anticipated within 3–6 months, pending necessary FDA and regulatory approvals, which may pave the way for long-term value creation in the pharmaceutical sector.
