The Naroli unit had generated sales of approximately ₹6.17 crore this year, contributing minimally to the overall financials. To fulfill current orders, the company will enter a leave and license agreement with the buyer, retaining essential operations at the site while consolidating and modernizing its facilities at Degaon.
