Brigade Group has signed a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) for a premium residential project in Mysuru, covering approximately 10 acres and 37 guntas. The project carries a gross development value of around ₹225 crore, with a development potential of 0.37 million square feet. The development features a mix of premium plots and apartments, strategically positioned in Mysuru's center, appealing to modern homebuyers.

The company is leveraging Mysuru’s growing real estate activity and improved infrastructure, particularly due to the Bengaluru-Mysuru expressway. With about 30 existing projects in the area, Brigade aims to enhance its footprint and meet the increasing demand for high-quality living spaces in one of Karnataka's burgeoning Tier 2 markets. This initiative not only strengthens Brigade's market position but also represents a substantial opportunity for growth in the region’s real estate landscape.
