Paisalo Digital Limited — Board Meeting, 08-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting where they considered and put forth for shareholder approval the appointment of Mr. Vinod Kumar as an Executive Director and additional director, and the re-appointment of Mrs. Nisha Jolly as a Non-Executive Independent Director for an additional five years. They also approved plans for fundraising through the issuance of equity shares and other securities, not exceeding ₹2,700 crore, subject to shareholder approval. An Extraordinary General Meeting is scheduled for May 2, 2025, with e-voting from April 29 to May 1, 2025.
