The company, which underwent a Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP), has had its Resolution Plan approved by the National Company Law Tribunal, involving a consortium of Ashdan Properties, Classic Promoters & Builders, and Atul Builders. A Steering Committee has been established to oversee the implementation of this plan, appointing Mr. Bhushan Vilaskumar Palresha as Managing Director.

At a recent Extra Ordinary General Meeting, Mr. Palresha's appointment, along with two additional Non-executive Directors, was ratified. The management is actively searching for qualified individuals with extensive real estate expertise to enhance the Board’s governance capacity.
