This acquisition, valued at Rs. 34.60 Crores, involves the manufacturing facilities and supply of architectural glass and related products from Taloja and Erode. Additionally, the board approved documentation related to the lease of factory premises. This strategic move aims to enhance Sejal's market presence and operational scale in the architectural glass sector. The transaction is set to be completed before May 31, 2025.
