Sasken Technologies Limited has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of BORQS International Holding Corp for an aggregate consideration of up to US$ 40 million (approximately Rs. 338 crores). This strategic move is aimed at enhancing Sasken’s capacity to design and commercialize connected devices, leveraging BORQS’ expertise in IoT solutions. With the acquired entities becoming step-down subsidiaries, this acquisition is expected to drive operational efficiencies and expand market reach, thereby potentially increasing shareholder value.
