Two senior management personnel changes have been made at Life Insurance Corporation of India. Mr. Faisal Aijaz Siddiqui has been appointed as Executive Director (Senior Business Associates/Re-Investment) in the Central Office, Mumbai, having previously served as Regional Manager for Customer Relationship Management, Claims, and Annuities. He brings over 34 years of experience in various leadership roles within the organization, including a stint at LIC (International) in Bahrain. His elevation is expected to enhance strategic business initiatives.

Additionally, Ms. Rashmi Singh has been appointed as Executive Director (Personnel), also in the Central Office, Mumbai. She has been with LIC since 1991 and has a robust educational background, including a fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India. Ms. Singh has held numerous leadership positions across various departments and is poised to strengthen the company’s human resource strategies.
