The property, managed by its wholly-owned subsidiary Carnation Hotels Private Limited, is set to open in FY 2029 and will feature 63 rooms, a restaurant, a banquet facility, and recreational amenities. Siliguri is strategically positioned as a commercial hub and serves as the gateway to the Northeast, making it an attractive location for hospitality expansion.
