Vodafone Idea Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 08-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

Vodafone Idea Limited has announced an allotment of 3,695 crore equity shares at an issue price of ₹10 each, raising a total of ₹36,950 crore. This issuance is in response to an order from the Ministry of Communications to convert outstanding spectrum auction dues into equity, resulting in the Government of India's shareholding increasing to 48.99% of the expanded paid-up capital. Following this allotment, the company's paid-up equity share capital has risen to ₹1,08,43,43,03,50,010, comprising approximately 1,08,34,30,35,001 equity shares.
