Tembo Global Industries Limited — Board Meeting, 09-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has announced key outcomes from its recent meeting. Several directors have resigned: Mr. Prakash Sanjay Karpe, Mr. Karan Shinde, Mr. Jehan Variava, and Mrs. Smita Patel, all due to personal commitments. The Board appreciated their contributions. New appointments include Ms. Homai A. Daruwalla, Mr. Ajay Madan, Mr. Sumantra Sarathi Mahata, and Mr. Nikunj Barot as Independent Directors. Additionally, Mr. Girish Jethmalani has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer, effective from April 10, 2025. A Postal Ballot will be conducted to seek shareholder approval for these appointments and to consider enhancing borrowing powers to ₹500 crores.
