GAIL (India) Limited — Important, 09-04-2025: General Updates

Revision in the completion schedule for the Durgapur-Haldia and Dhamra-Haldia sections of the Integrated Jagdishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra Pipeline Project has been approved. The completion date for both pipeline sections has been moved from March 2025 to December 2025 due to delays in Right of Use (RoU) and fisheries front availability. The project consists of an overall length of 3,306 kilometers for the Jagdishpur-Haldia-Bokaro-Dhamra section, with 3,227 kilometers laid and commissioned. The Dhamra-Haldia section has an authorized length of 240 kilometers, with 198 kilometers laid and commissioned. This delay may impact project timelines and revenue forecasting, warranting close monitoring by investors.
