Sanofi India Limited — Others, 09-04-2025: Appointment

Mr. Rodolfo Hrosz, Managing Director of Sanofi India, will step down effective from the close of business hours on 30th April 2025, as he transitions to another role within the Sanofi group. His contributions during his tenure have been acknowledged by the Board. Following his resignation, Mr. Hrosz will assume the role of Additional Non-Executive Director, subject to shareholder approval, starting from 1st May 2025. This leadership change may create some uncertainty, but could also present an opportunity for fresh strategic direction as the company seeks a successor for the Managing Director position.
