The board has approved a joint venture agreement with Fintech Cloud Private Limited for entering the small ticket size personal and business loan sector. The company will invest ₹20 crore (Cr) in this initiative, which will be managed by FCPL. The investment will be locked in for three years. This strategic move positions U.Y. Fincorp for growth in the emerging lending space.
