Intellect Design Arena Limited — Board Meeting, 10-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting where key approvals were made, including the re-appointment of Mr. Abhay Anant Gupte as Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval via Postal Ballot. The amendments to the Associate Stock Option Plan (ASOP 2011) were also approved with similar shareholder conditions. Additionally, M/s. B Ravi & Associates has been appointed as Secretarial Auditors for a five-year term, contingent upon approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
