Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has announced a board meeting to discuss the financial results for the year ended March 31, 2025. The company has proposed a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share, which will be payable on the fifth day following the Annual General Meeting, pending shareholder approval. The total dividend for the year, including the interim dividend of ₹76, amounts to ₹106 per share. TCS reported a total income of ₹2,59,286 crore and a profit for the year of ₹14,591 crore. The earnings per share stand at ₹132.83.
