Indian exporters will experience a reduction in the additional tariff to 10% for a period of 90 days, down from the previous 26%. This change is aimed at providing relief in the current quarter. Concurrently, the President of the USA has implemented a temporary suspension of reciprocal tariff increases for the same duration for most trading nations, excluding China. This decision comes after discussions with representatives from over 75 countries which have largely remained non-retaliatory.
