Sterlite Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting on April 24, 2025, to finalize a Scheme of Arrangement with STL Networks Limited. The record date for shareholders entitled to receive shares of the resulting company is set for April 24, 2025. Shareholders will receive one fully paid-up equity share of Rs. 2 each in STL Networks for every one share held in the Demerged Company. Shareholders holding shares in physical form must provide their demat account details to the Registrar by April 22, 2025, to facilitate the issuance of shares in dematerialized form.
