Cement production for the fourth quarter reached 790,663 MT, an 8% increase compared to the previous year, while sales also rose by 7% to 794,096 MT. However, for the full year, both production and sales experienced a decline of 6%, totaling 2,711,868 MT and 2,712,471 MT, respectively.

Cement boards saw a decrease in both production and sales in Q4, with figures of 20,767 MT and 20,438 MT, reflecting a drop of 5% and 6%, respectively. Yearly performance was slightly better, with minor declines of 1% each. The ready-mix concrete (RMC) segment faced challenges, with production and sales down by 14% in Q4 but up by 4% year-on-year.

Door production dropped substantially by 23% in Q4, while annual figures showed a significant rebound, rising by 48%. Energy generation from hydro power soared, with an impressive growth of 313% in Q4, generating 3.09 MU compared to 8.33 MU the prior year. Overall, the company displays a mixed performance with opportunities, particularly in energy generation and door sales, warranting close observation.
