This strategic move allows Kody to benefit from World EMS's manufacturing capabilities for robotics production, thereby enhancing operational efficiency. The targeted entity reported a turnover of ₹159.90 crore and a net worth of ₹6.95 crore for the year ending March 2024, and is expected to handle bulk production for Kody, assuming responsibility for manufacturing and timely deliveries. With a total investment plan of ₹40 crore, Kody has already invested ₹10 crore and will continue funding in tranches.
