S.J.S. Enterprises Limited — Important, 11-04-2025: Agreements
S.J.S. Enterprises Limited's subsidiaries, Exotech Plastics Private Limited (EPPL) and Walter Pack Automotive Products India Private Limited (WPI), have entered into a Solar Power Purchase Agreement and a Share Subscription & Shareholders’ Agreement with Amplus Energy Solutions and Amplus Kaveri Solar Private Limited for the supply of 4.65 MWp of solar power. EPPL will subscribe to 8,10,000 equity shares in AKSPL, amounting to INR 81,00,000, while WPI will acquire 8,64,000 shares for INR 86,40,000. Following these transactions, EPPL will hold a 0.955% share and WPI will hold a 1.019% share in AKSPL, which focuses on renewable power generation. The project in Wardha, Maharashtra, has a total installed capacity of approximately 70.6 MWp, intended to benefit S.J.S. by providing captive solar power, supporting operational efficiency and long-term sustainability.
