Western Carriers (India) Limited — Board Meeting, 12-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Mr. Kanishka Sethia as the Chief Financial Officer, in addition to his current role as Wholetime Director & Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. This decision was made based on recommendations from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and approvals from the Audit Committee. Mr. Sethia brings over 20 years of experience in logistics and finance, and his term will continue until his resignation or retirement as per company policy. This leadership change is expected to enhance the company’s financial oversight and strategic direction.
