The Board has approved the convening of an Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 6th May 2025. It appointed Mr. Ansh Bhambri as the Scrutinizer for the e-voting process, which will occur from 3rd to 5th May 2025, with a cut-off date of 29th April 2025 for members to cast their votes. Additionally, Mrs. Sonica Verma has been appointed as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer effective 14th April 2025, marking a significant change in Key Managerial Personnel.
