Mankind Pharma Limited — Board Meeting, 14-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board of Directors has announced a board meeting to consider the incorporation of a wholly owned subsidiary in Russia and another under Section 8 of the Companies Act, 2013 for CSR activities. Additionally, a new ‘Structural Integration Committee’ will evaluate integrating Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited into Mankind Pharma's ecosystem, with detailed plans expected in the coming months. The initial investment for the Foreign WOS is proposed at USD 5 million, while the Indian WOS will require an investment of ₹5 lakhs.
