Renaissance Global Limited — Board Meeting, 14-04-2025: Outcome of Board Meeting

The Board has announced a meeting outcome, approving the closure of the Bhavnagar Gujarat unit, which contributed ₹209 crore (9.94%) to the consolidated turnover and had a net worth of ₹277 crore (24.14%) for the last financial year. This decision is aimed at rebalancing manufacturing capacities according to current product mix and requirements. Additionally, the Board has approved classifying Mr. Darshil Shah and family members as Promoters, effective immediately.
