Mankind Pharma Limited’s Board has established a Structural Integration Committee to explore options for integrating Bharat Serums and Vaccines Limited (BSV) into its operations, aiming for better synergies and efficiencies. Additionally, the Company plans to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Russia, with an initial investment of USD 5 million targeted for operational costs, while a separate Indian subsidiary will be set up under Section 8 of the Companies Act for CSR activities, with a proposed investment of ₹5 lakhs. Both entities will be wholly owned by Mankind, enhancing its operational footprint and community engagement.
