The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Anushree Chowdhury as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, effective immediately. Ms. Chowdhury brings over three years of experience in corporate governance and compliance, holding qualifications in Company Secretaryship, M.Com, and B.Com (Hons.). In this role, she is designated as a Key Managerial Personnel and will ensure adherence to statutory compliance and maintain high standards of ethical conduct.
