Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited — Important, 15-04-2025: Updates

During FY25, Antony Waste Handling Cell Limited (AWHCL) achieved significant milestones in the Municipal Solid Waste Management sector. The Company efficiently managed approximately 4.93 million tonnes of municipal solid waste (MSW), reflecting a 6% YoY increase. In Q4, it processed around 1.36 million tonnes of MSW, marking a 20% increase YoY. Core operating revenue also demonstrated robust growth, rising by 11% for FY25.

Sales of recyclables were notable, with Q4 sales reaching around 45,200 tonnes of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) and approximately 4,500 tonnes of compost. For the year, this amounted to approximately 1,48,000 tonnes of RDF and about 21,200 tonnes of compost.

The Company commenced operations under the newly re-awarded Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation contract, showcasing its capability in collection and transportation projects. A reaffirmation of its credit ratings highlights AWHCL's financial stability, critical for future expansion. Furthermore, a favorable court ruling releasing ₹19.60 Crore reinforces the Company's operational integrity and financial position, positioning AWHCL for sustained growth ahead.
