This initiative, now live in 16 cities, allows customers to receive their SIM cards at home for a nominal fee of ₹49. Post-delivery, customers can quickly activate their SIM via an Aadhaar-based KYC process, choosing between postpaid and prepaid options or initiating mobile number portability. The process is streamlined with an online activation video and customer support available through the Airtel Thanks App or a dedicated hotline. The delivery service is initially available in major cities including Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Chennai, with plans to expand further.
