Suyog Telematics Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 15-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

The Fund Raising Committee of Suyog Telematics has approved the conversion of 35,088 warrants into equity shares, allotting an equal number of shares at an issue price of ₹570 each. This conversion resulted in an incoming amount of ₹1.50 crore from the promoter, Mr. Shivshankar Gurushantappa Lature, who had previously held 57,256 warrants. Following this transaction, 5,49,668 warrants remain available for conversion. The move increases the company’s paid-up equity share capital to ₹11.17 crore, consisting of 1,11,67,452 fully paid-up shares.
