Power & Instrumentation (Gujarat) Limited has received a work order valued at ₹ 80.24 lakh from Godrej & Boyce Mfg Co. Ltd. The project involves the erection of 350 MVA power transformers, including oil filtration and testing, at the 400kV GIS PSS-2 GIPCL Khavda Project. This order marks a significant milestone as PIGL ventures into the Extra High Voltage (EHV) segment, showcasing its capacity to undertake complex projects beyond its previously executed level of 66 kV. This strategic expansion strengthens PIGL's portfolio and positions the company as a capable player in the high-voltage infrastructure sector, aligning with India's renewable energy and transmission expansion goals.
