Lemon Tree Hotels has signed a License Agreement for the Lemon Tree Resort in Mori Bera, Rajasthan, to be managed by its subsidiary, Carnation Hotels Private Limited. Scheduled to open in FY 2027, the resort will feature 17 well-appointed rooms, a restaurant, bar, swimming pool, spa, and Jacuzzis. The property is strategically located near Udaipur Airport, approximately 150 km away, and close to Mori Bera railway station, making it easily accessible by road. This new addition complements Lemon Tree's growing portfolio in Rajasthan, which includes 10 operational and seven upcoming hotels. CEO Vilas Pawar expressed excitement about enhancing their wildlife-focused offerings, aligning with the sector's increasing demand. The resort's positioning in 'Leopard Country' further emphasizes its appeal to nature enthusiasts and photographers. This development is a positive indicator for Lemon Tree’s expansion strategy and bolsters its competitiveness in the hospitality market.
