Emami Realty Limited — QIP/Rights/Pref., 16-04-2025: Allotment of Securities

Emami Realty Limited's Finance Committee has approved the allotment of 59,90,000 fully paid-up equity shares at ₹128.50 each, converting an unsecured loan of ₹76.97 Cr from Suraj Finvest Private Limited and Diwakar Finvest Private Limited, both from the promoter group. Additionally, 82,00,000 convertible warrants were allotted at the same issue price, converting a loan of ₹26.34 Cr. These warrants entitle holders to one equity share each and can be exercised within 18 months. Following these transactions, the company's paid-up capital increases to ₹87.67 Cr.
