KFin Technologies Limited has announced a board meeting to incorporate a wholly owned subsidiary in Singapore and to acquire a 51% stake in Ascent Fund Services (Singapore) Pte. Ltd. The acquisition involves a cash investment of approximately USD 34.68 million for the initial transaction. Ascent Fund, which is a global fund administrator with FY24 turnover of USD 13.32 million, provides fund administration and financial solutions. Over the next five years, KFin plans to gradually increase its ownership to 100%. This strategic move aims to enhance market positioning and operational efficiencies in the financial services sector.
