Swaraj Engines Limited has announced a board meeting to review the audited financial results for the year ended 31st March 2025. The Board has approved an equity dividend of 1045% (Rs. 104.50 per share) for the financial year, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting. The register of members will be closed from 28th June to 4th July 2025 for dividend entitlement. For FY25, the company reported a Profit Before Tax of Rs. 223.05 crore, marking a significant increase from Rs. 184.97 crore in the previous year, along with total revenues rising to Rs. 1681.89 crore from Rs. 1419.24 crore.
